We too let the internet blind us. We don't want to condemn the employees across the board, but we even banned one employee from the house during the move. loud, insulting remarks to us. Comment from my colleague: It's always like this. In our case, this person caused damage of over 1500 €. We would have agreed with 500 € because we could not show any invoices for the items - these items were heirlooms (Art Nouveau). How am I supposed to get bills? Regardless of that, thank God we took photos because after the move was over, we had to find out that Zibret had taken all these items with them to see if they could be repaired. How that should work can only be answered by Zibret (cut wall mirror, marble slab, crystal glasses, etc.). Of course we deducted € 500 from the bill, with the success that Zibret has now obtained a payment order. Six months after the move, there is no longer any question of our damaged items that Zibret took with him.
But we go through with it - what do you have a rectifier for.

After the removal company I had chosen in Bergisch Gladbach had transferred me to inspect the inventory, I called Zibret in Bottrop head over heels. Bottrop was the destination of the move. Since it had to go quickly and Zibret did not come to see Bergisch Gladbach, I made an inventory list with photos and descriptions via Whatsapp and based on this I had a reasonable offer the next morning, which I of course gladly accepted. The ladies in the office are confident and deal with every annoying question from stressed customers in a friendly and relaxed manner. Thanks for that! The moving team then completed the very extensive move to our greatest satisfaction. In a good mood and hardworking, everything was quickly packed and properly set up again the next day. After the offers of the various moving companies turned out to be extremely different, I decided on the company Zibret more on a gut feeling due to the very friendly and helpful employees. In terms of price, this was in the middle range and therefore a lot cheaper than many other providers. In addition, it was the only one that offered the possibility of storage directly in the packed container. (i.e. without repacking to a storage area, which is associated with a further risk of damage)
We got the boxes delivered on time, 2 men packed boxes for a day and carried down the bulky waste. On the day of storage, 6 motivated and cheerful boys came and packed our furniture, some of which was very heavy, independently, properly and without damage, and reassured me as a nervous customer. Now I was curious ... it went so incredibly smoothly ... should the big disappointment come when unloading? No..sorry, nothing to complain about. Even though there were only four of us this time, the very friendly and competent staff did a great job. Thank you very much for that. We have moved very often in recent years and unfortunately we haven't had such good experiences so far, even at higher prices.
The commitment to take over the costs for the repair of some flaws in the parquet came promptly and without any problems.
Conclusion: I am happy about my "gut decision" and can really only recommend Zibret.

We have had a long-distance move from the northern Ruhr area to East Frisia. I had obtained offers from 3 moving companies and, with stomach ache, chose by far the cheapest one. Abdominal pain because I've read a lot about negative experiences on the internet. But we are completely satisfied. I was really relieved when I realized it was going! The team was well equipped, willing to tackle and "rustic" friendly.
I have to say, however, that the move was well prepared on our part :)) You shouldn't underestimate such a move, it takes a lot of work and a lot of time to prepare. The effort can very easily be underestimated, especially when the roughest is packed and then the small and small come.
We commissioned the furniture assembly and the transport. We took care of packing / unpacking and assembling the electrical appliances, lamps, etc.

On January 14th, 2015 we (2 person household) moved with the company Zibret / Bottrop from Oberhausen (1st floor) to Wesel (6th floor) (both cities are not available in the selection / therefore I have specified Aachen in the overview )
In advance, an employee of the company had submitted a price offer after viewing the previous apartment.
This offer was a fixed price and was kept to the penny.
The moving team consisted of 5 people and the furniture was brought into the new apartment by an external elevator.
No items were stolen or damaged.
The team was extremely friendly, worked very quickly and carefully - we were enthusiastic and would like to thank you again for the unproblematic move!
We would hire this company for another move at any time.

The reviews for Zibret are actually mostly positive. That's why we decided to work with this company. But unfortunately a lot went wrong with us and not at all well!

It's about my mother's move at the end of September 2015.
The kitchen should only be dismantled in the old apartment.
When the kitchen was dismantled, the fitters found water damage and mold on the base units (wooden parts). As a result, the kitchen could no longer be set up in the new apartment. Zibret had offered us the disposal of the kitchen, which we accepted for an extra charge. However, my husband had agreed with one of the fitters that the electrical parts such as the stove, refrigerator should not be disposed of, as there was no mold on the electrical parts.
After the fitters had done the move and said goodbye around noon, at some point we noticed that the extractor hood was missing. After a major search, also in the basement, we suspected that the hood was probably also disposed of, although I still had it completely in the old apartment. has been cleaned.
The extractor hood was also disposed of !!
In addition, when the living room cupboard was dismantled, the lighting cables were cut. Allegedly, otherwise, the cabinet would not have been able to be dismantled. The lighting on the living room cupboard was provided with connectors, so that it should normally not have been a problem to pull them apart. But cutting through cables is much easier. Then the fitter told my mother that the lighting would no longer work.
Although it was discussed with a fitter where the washing machine should be in the laundry room, it was simply placed in the middle of the room.

When reporting the damage, Zibret behaved very uncooperatively.
After several phone calls and an unpleasant, personal conversation with the managing director, Mr. Krüger, I was informed that the Zibret company was absolutely not taking care of this matter. After all, we would have said that the kitchen should be disposed of and then the kitchen would also be disposed of. Unfortunately, my husband hadn't mentioned the extractor hood again. Therefore it was of course disposed of with. Although he hadn't mentioned the sink either, it was brought to the new apartment.
You didn't even ask if it was right to dispose of the hood!
Thinking doesn't seem to be the fitters' strength.

On the part of Mr. Krüger it was argued: "You are to blame if you are not careful and are present". That means that with 5 fitters also 5 other people have to be present who stand behind the people and watch exactly what happens on site .

We cannot recommend the company Zibret, as a guardian has to be assigned to each employee.

Some of the employees were already starting to complain and swear when they saw at the loading point what they would have to dismantle and load. For me as a customer, that was very strange and uncomfortable, as I had discussed and commissioned everything with the sales representative. But until shortly before the end of the loading, I endured this poisoned atmosphere in silence. Apparently the team was grossly understaffed. However, a bicycle and washing machine were only taken away after long discussions. Allegedly they weren't included in the order. Already here I was mobbed for the first time: "stop crying around here" was the answer to my protest against the refusal to take these two things with me. I then called the company for the first time and pointed out the problems with the team. The answer was that you just had staff shortages.
The complaints and protests of these employees continued at the unloading point. The company had reserved a parking space in an inconvenient location. In addition, it was allegedly not possible to transport certain things into an attic. I explicitly discussed this situation beforehand with the company's sales representative, who pretended to know and be able to deal with the situation when the previous inhabitant of my apartment moved. This was an important reason for me to commission this company that had not submitted the cheapest offer. That what was asked of the removal team was not impossible, proves the fact that I myself later moved all the items to their intended place on my own.
When I requested that the furniture be rebuilt as contractually agreed, the group's fitter claimed that I had waived this service. He called me a liar and announced that he would quit his job. But later came back and wanted to do the work. He went into the bedroom and closed the door behind him. After a while, I realized that despite the furnishing plan, he had put the bedroom cupboards in the wrong place on his own initiative. When I complained about this, he threatened to beat me. I then expelled him from the house.
The work was canceled, it was already around 7:30 p.m. I was left in an apartment that couldn't even put a bed. The move was therefore not completed on schedule.
Numerous objects were demolished during transport, the furniture was poorly rebuilt. Defects were partially hidden and only came to light later.
Despite the only partial and poor quality service, the full fee was extorted, as it were, because the early payment was used as a condition for the surrender of my inventory. The payment I requested was also EUR 250 above the contractually agreed amount. This is due to the cost of packaging material, which was initially the wrong explanation. The management of this company was largely inaccessible to me by phone. Even later, no regrets or concessions were shown. Rather, I was still blamed for the problems.
In short: I can only warn against Zibret.

We were very satisfied with the Zibret shipping company.
In comparison, the offer in advance was inexpensive and well broken down. No hidden costs. Also no costs for clothes boxes or TV boxes.
The gentlemen were on time on the day of the move, full of energy and above all well organized.
Within 9 hours including furniture dismantling / assembly from the rented apartment to the house, that was a very good job.
A back wall was damaged during the move; it was replaced immediately within a few days.
The contact with the office in Bottrop before and after the move was also commendable.
We can definitely recommend the company.
