More Than Removals

Simply excellent service from the start. On our initial enquiry we were provided with an estimated price based on a typical move, which was then finalised following Rick coming out to our home. The quote was broken down into the various parts of the move, with options available to us (boxes, full packing service etc) and included VAT, which was a refreshing change. The service on the day was perfect, Bill, Chris and Louis introduced themselves and were well turned out and looked smart in their uniforms. Everything was throroughly protected with heavy covers, including our carpets, and taken care of, packing was done methodically and quickly. I looked in the back of the truck and was amazed to see the care taken in protecting and strapping our items. We were only moving a short distance, and access wasn't ideal due to roadworks, but they just smiled and got on with it. Nothing was too much trouble, from rearranging furniture a few times, to an extra wardrobe that needed to be dismantled to get it upstairs. It took us a few days to unpack, and nothing at all was broken or damaged. Everything was exactly how it had been in our old property. We were anticipating a stressful day, but the friendliness and professionalism of the men really helped. Our quote was as follows: £580.00 for the removal, and £348.00 for the packing and dismantling, and was worth every penny. We will never use anyone else, and recommend to all our friends. .
